Odine founded The Velo Group in 2011 to explore the idea of provocative strategy as the basis for “visual thinking” and “emotional experiences”.

Odine is driven by a commitment to excellence, and an innate understanding of all things brand. Ensuring consumer-centric strategies are executed with seamless perfection, Odine ensures every aspect of a brand’s delivery is implemented with the consumer in mind and the growth of the business at the forefront.

Working with companies of all sizes has provided Odine with a wealth of expertise in ensuring creative, marketing and brand challenges are integral to growth initiatives. She has held executive director positions at WPP, IPG companies, opening international divisions for several companies and establishing three of her own companies. Her branding and marketing work spans consumer and business brands in hospitality, financial services, technology, retail, health and wellness, luxury, education and not for profit.

Odine finds time to volunteer to NYC Public Schools, teaches a graduate course when time permits and travels as far as her passport allows her.

Diego Kolsky

Fusing design, strategy and technology, Diego creates brands, products, experiences and conversations that transform businesses and connect communities.

A native of Buenos Aires, Diego played key roles developing creative teams and and disciplines, and leading brand programs for top brand consultancies and agencies like Futurebrand and MBLM, as well as independently. His branding and activation work for agencies and companies in financial services, technology, travel, hospitality, retailing and wellness received numerous awards and spans the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Diego is a mentor with Endeavor, a not-for-profit pioneering the concept of high-impact entrepreneurship. He is also a professor with Pratt’s Graduate Communications Design program and a lecturer to students in the US, Mexico and Argentina.
